      Shipping:
      • Engagement rings, sets that include an engagement ring and bezel diamond sets (basically all rings with a stone) may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship.
      • Free US ground shipping on orders over $75.
      • Expedited option available for a fee.
      • International orders have a fixed shipping fee.
      Returns & Exchanges:
      • Easy returns within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping and engraving fees). Email info@camoeverafter.com
      • Defective items are covered by our warranty for free repair.
      • For returns, if it’s our error, we'll cover shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.
      • Refunds processed once the item is received; timing depends on your bank.

      Warranty

      We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your ring experiences structural damage, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

      Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse isn’t covered, but repair services are available. For scuffs from everyday wear, we’ll refinish your ring for free — you only cover shipping.

      If a ring is excessively damaged or altered by another jeweler, the warranty may no longer apply. In those cases, we can offer repair options or a discounted replacement.

      Sizing & Exchanges

      Choosing the right size is important for the best fit. If you’re unsure, simply select “Not Sure – Send Free Ring Sizer” when choosing your size and place your order as usual.

      We’ll ship a ring sizer within one business day with simple instructions, so you can confirm your size before your ring is made.
      Fit can vary slightly depending on ring width and comfort fit design, so using a ring sizer is the most accurate way to ensure the right size.

      Ordering as a surprise? You can still order with confidence — free size exchanges are available within 30 days (return shipping may apply). After that, exchange options are still available, though fees may apply depending on the ring.

      Engraving

      Depending on metal, you can add custom engraving on the inside of your ring. If it is available for your ring, the option will be visible above the add to cart button.

      The engraving fee is non-refundable. If a new ring is needed, engraving will need to be added again.

      We recommend confirming your size and to check engraving details for spelling errors before finalizing your order.

      This ring has a lifetime guarantee - because we want to give you one less thing to worry about. So if your ring has any structural damage for as long as you own it, we will repair or replace it for free. Our commitment to you lasts for as long as you own this ring. 

      Details: 
      • Full warranty on manufacturing defects for as long as you own the ring. This does not cover regular wear and tear or damage caused by neglect, but we will still service and repair for a fee (depending on extent of damage)
      • If you do eventually have scuffs from regular wear, we will service and renew your ring for free, you just pay for shipping both ways. In either case, call or email us at info@camoeverafter.com and we will provide you with the proper information. 
      What's Excluded? We inspect all rings that are returned for repairs. If any item is found to have been overly abused or excessively damaged, or previously repaired by another jeweler, it will void this warranty. But we will give you the option to purchase a brand new ring at a deep discount or repairs will be done for a cost.

      When will I receive this ring?

      Each ring is made to order. The estimated turnaround time is listed in the first line of the product description above.
      As a general rule, rings that include stones (CZ or diamond) may take 3–4 weeks to craft and ship — please order in advance.

      Expedited shipping is available, but it only shortens the shipping time after your ring is ready, not the production time.
      If you need your ring sooner than the current estimate, please email us to see if a rush is possible (a rush fee may apply).

      Are the rings true to size?

      Yes, our customers claim that they fit true to size. Sometimes comfort fit has a tendency to resist passing over the knuckle a bit (as it should), but will fit once it's at the base of the finger.

      For a seamless experience it is important not to guess. On every product we offer adding a free ring sizer to the order if you are not sure. We'll ship the sizer first, then hold until you confirm. You can confirm by email or text.

      Our simple sizer comes with instructions and if followed correctly, will yield the correct size as evidenced by the hundreds of sizers we have shipped to date.

      What if I have allergies?

      Our rings are made of the most hypoallergenic metals available. People allergic to silver or gold can wear our rings without a problem. Not ONE of our customers have had an issue to date. Also, our rings will not tarnish or change color.

      Can I return it if I don't like it?

      We offer a 30-day return window. Refunds are issued minus engraving fees or shipping upgrades, and the customer covers return shipping.Request return here or contact us before shipping.
