A Few Quick Notes Before You Start
- If your tracking page shows “delayed,” please allow a little extra time. Delays can happen due to weather, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Sometimes a delivery takes place a couple of days after the original estimate, and that is normal.
- If the tracking has shown no movement or a delayed status for an extended period of time, we can then reasonably assume the package is truly lost.
