This ring is made to order. The approximate time it takes to make is the first line in the description above. You can purchase expedited shipping but it only speeds up the time in transit (after it ships). Yes, our customers claim that they fit true to size. Sometimes comfort fit has a tendency to resist passing over the knuckle a bit (as it should), but will fit once it's at the base of the finger.
