- Returns are accepted within 30 days if the ring is unused and the original packaging is unopened and intact.
- Size exchanges are accepted if the ring has only been tried on and the packaging remains in resalable condition. Please open carefully.
- Items returned without packaging or in damaged packaging cannot be accepted.
Warranty
Groove Life products come with a lifetime warranty. If they break or tear, we will replace for free (just pay shipping). You will receive an email after your purchase with instructions on how to register for the warranty. If you don't register or forget, no worries, you can contact us and we will claim the warranty on your behalf.

Sizing: If you are between sizes, choose the next whole size down. They are supposed to be a bit tight to put on (but they don't FEEL tight - you'll see how comfortable they are). These can be returned (as long as still in original packaging), and exchanged for new size within 30 days, and customer is responsible for shipping back to us.

This ring is from our in stock line. It should ship in 1 or 2 business days. A lot of the time - same day. If you'd like to speed up transit time too, you can request expedited shipping and you'll receive it 1 to 2 days after that.

Can I return it if I don't like it?
We offer a 30-day return window. Silicone rings can be returned for refund IF unopened and package is intact. They can be exchanged for a different size if the ring is never used (only to try it on) and you can package it back up and in resalable condition.
