Size & Exchanges
Choosing the correct size is important for the best fit. If you’re unsure, select “Not Sure – Send Me a Free Ring Sizer” when choosing your size. We’ll send a ring sizer and hold your order until you confirm.Because duck bands are custom-made and cannot be resold:
- Size exchanges are available but may require a fee depending on the ring.
- Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Warranty
If this ring has any structural damage for as long as you own it, we will repair or replace it for free. Our commitment to you lasts for as long as you own this ring.
Details as follows:
- Full warranty on manufacturing defects for as long as you own the ring. This does not cover regular wear.
- If you do eventually have scuffs from regular wear, we will service and
renew your ring for free, you just pay for shipping both ways.
In either case, call or email us at info@camoeverafter.com and we will
provide you with the proper information.
What's Excluded?
We inspect all rings that are returned for repairs. If any item is found to have been overly abused or excessively damaged, or previously repaired by another jeweler, it will void this warranty. But we will give you the option to purchase a brand new ring at a deep discount. For warranty repairs, we will pay for the shipping both ways. If sending us the ring for cleaning or refinishing (check with us for price), customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

My avid waterfowl hunting fiancé is going to love wearing this ring! Customer service was excellent…received the ring in a timely fashion, and exactly the way we asked for it.
They were absolutely AMAZING to work with! We ended up changing the ring after ordering and needed ring sizers. They were accommodating - changed the ring for me, refunded the amount and sent ring sizing before moving forward with the order!!! His size ended up being much smaller than somewhere we went to in person so would highly recommend getting those first. I couldn’t be more pleased with the ring and this company!!!

My fiancé has always loved this ring, I was a bit nervous to order it only because we’re in Canada. But shipping was so easy, and their customer service was great and easy to talk to. This ring is perfect! They sent me some ring sizers and ordered it. Shipping was decently quick and it didn’t take them long to make the ring! Now for the best part…. Customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Since it is a 10mm band it is sized differently then the regular ring sizers and didn’t fit very well. So they sent me some ring singers that were wider and we figured out the size I needed. Super nice people to work with, always kind, and ALWAYS willing to work things out! For a custom made ring this is the way to go!

When will I receive this ring?
This ring is made to order. The approximate time it takes to make is the first line in the description above. You can purchase expedited shipping but it only speeds up the time in transit (after it ships). If you need a rush, or your date is coming up sooner than the estimate, please email us to see if it's possible. Rush fee may apply. If you are already close and need something asap, consider our quick ship rings.
Are the rings true to size?
Yes, our customers claim that they fit true to size. Sometimes comfort fit has a tendency to resist passing over the knuckle a bit (as it should), but will fit once it's at the base of the finger.
For a seamless experience it is important not to guess. On every product we offer adding a free ring sizer to the order if you are not sure. We'll ship the sizer first, then hold until you confirm. You can confirm by email or text.
Our simple sizer comes with instructions and if followed correctly, will yield the correct size as evidenced by the hundreds of sizers we have shipped to date.
What if I have allergies?
Our rings are made of the most hypoallergenic metals available. People allergic to silver or gold can wear our rings without a problem. Not ONE of our customers have had an issue to date. Also, our rings will not tarnish or change color.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Duck Band rings are custom-made for you, with your details and cannot be resold. Therefore, they have a different return policy than most of our standard rings. Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to a 50% restocking fee.
If you need a different size, we can often remake the ring in a new size for a fee, which varies by style and metal. Please contact us before returning your ring so we can discuss the available options.
