We'll hold production until you confirm size. This is the best alternative as stores may be off by half a size if you don't request to be fitted for comfort fit. The sizer ships same day or next business day, max.

If you choose to add a name instead of initials, we will format it to fit best.

Shipping:
  • We currently ship to the US and Canada; more countries may be added later. 
  • US Orders: Free ground shipping; expedited shipping is $25 (affects transit time only). 
  • International Orders: Shipping may take longer. Customers may need to pay customs fees or tariffs.
Returns or Exchanges:
  • Because of the customized natuer of duck bands, and that we cannot resell them, there is a small size exchange fee: $55 for titanium, $75 for cobalt and black zirconium.
  • Get sized before ordering or request a free ring sizer. Choose "Not Sure" under size and click "Send me a free ring sizer." We'll hold the order until you confirm your size.
  • Returns: A 50% restocking fee applies. Refund will be the purchase price minus 50%.

Warranty

Lifetime Guarantee: We offer free repair or replacement for structural damage as long as you own the ring.

  • Full warranty on manufacturing defects.
  • Regular wear is not covered.
  • For scuffs from regular wear, we’ll renew your ring for free; you pay for shipping both ways.

  • Full warranty on manufacturing defects for as long as you own the ring. This does not cover regular wear.
  • If you do eventually have scuffs from regular wear, we will service and renew your ring for free, you just pay for shipping both ways. In either case, call or email us at info@camoeverafter.com and we will provide you with the proper information.
What's Excluded? We inspect all rings that are returned for repairs. If any item is found to have been overly abused or excessively damaged, or previously repaired by another jeweler, it will void this warranty. But we will give you the option to purchase a brand new ring at a deep discount. For warranty repairs, we will pay for the shipping both ways. If sending us the ring for cleaning or refinishing, customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

When will I receive this ring?

This ring is made to order. The approximate time it takes to make is the first line in the description above. You can purchase expedited shipping but it only speeds up the time in transit (after it ships). If you need a rush, or your date is coming up sooner than the estimate, please email us to see if it's possible. Rush fee may apply. If you are already close and need something asap, consider our quick ship rings.

Are the rings true to size?

Yes, our customers claim that they fit true to size. Sometimes comfort fit has a tendency to resist passing over the knuckle a bit (as it should), but will fit once it's at the base of the finger.

For a seamless experience it is important not to guess. On every product we offer adding a free ring sizer to the order if you are not sure. We'll ship the sizer first, then hold until you confirm. You can confirm by email or text.

Our simple sizer comes with instructions and if followed correctly, will yield the correct size as evidenced by the hundreds of sizers we have shipped to date.

What if I have allergies?

Our rings are made of the most hypoallergenic metals available. People allergic to silver or gold can wear our rings without a problem. Not ONE of our customers have had an issue to date. Also, our rings will not tarnish or change color.

Can I return it if I don't like it?

We offer a 30-day return window. Refunds are issued minus engraving fees or shipping upgrades, and the customer covers return shipping.Request return here or contact us before shipping.
