These can be returned (as long as still in original packaging), and exchanged for new size within 30 days, and customer is responsible for shipping back to us.

Returns:

  • Silicone Rings: Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and unopened, with original packaging. For size exchanges, preserve the packaging. Securely ship back in a box to avoid damage.
  • If unwanted, do not open, and return in the original box. Loose rings without packaging are not accepted.
  • Camo Belts: Returns accepted within 30 days if unopened and unused, in original packaging. Contact us for return instructions.

Warranty

Groove Life products come with a lifetime warranty. If they break or tear, we will replace for free (just pay shipping). You will receive an email after your purchase with instructions on how to register for the warranty. If you don't register or forget, no worries, you can contact us and we will claim the warranty on your behalf. Email us and send a picture of the damage.
