Getting your custom ring box is easy. Follow the instructions below:

See the third and fourth pictures on this listing to choose your favorite design. Choose that letter in the first drop down.
Enter your names as you would have them fit into the design you chose. If your deign uses just first names, enter your first names. If your design includes a last name, enter that aswell.
Enter your Wedding Date as you'd like it to show on the box. Example: Either May 3, 2019 or 5.03.2019

**Customized items are non returnable. If there is a mistake in the customization on our part, we will crate new one and send at no cost.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

The product on this page (except home decor), will ship within 1-2 business days. Home decor items, like bed sheets or curtains, may take up to 7 days to ship. Unless expedited shipping is purchased at checkout, delivery will be around 3-5 business days from date of shipping.

Returns: If your product has been customized, used or visibly worn can not be returned, but if there is an error on our part, or item is visibly damaged upon arrival, we'll make it right. Just contact us asap.

For accessories (necklaces, dog tags, money clips etc,) we accept returns within 30 days as long as it is still new and unworn

Warranty

Because it is expected this product will go through wear and tear, there is no warranty besides in the event it is damaged upon receipt, which we expect to be contacted right away. But in particular cases, it may still depend on specific circumstances, in which case you can contact us and we will address it on a case by case basis.

When will I receive this item?

This product is from our in stock line. It should ship in 1 or 2 business days. A lot of the time - same day. If you'd like to speed up transit time too, you can request expedited shipping and you'll receive it 1 to 2 days after that.

What if I have allergies?

These accessories are not silver (Unless otherwise stated) and unless you have a known allergy to stainless steel, you're good. For the ring boxes, it's irrelevant.

Can I return it if I don't like it?

We offer a 30-day return window. Silicone rings can be returned for refund IF unopened and package is intact. They can be exchanged for a different size if the ring is never used (only to try it on) and you can package it back up and in resellable condition.
