We’re glad you’re here. We want to make sure you feel totally comfortable with your Camo Ever After purchase. If something isn’t quite right, no worries — we’ve got a straightforward process to help you out. Just follow the steps below to request a return or exchange, and we’ll take it from there. We’re here to make sure everything goes smoothly!

We make it easy to process your return or exchange, feel free to visit our self service portal below. If you run into any issues or questions, just exit out and contact us instead.
QUICK NOTES
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition matters. Rings must be new, unworn condition (no scratches or wear marks)
- Custom rings: Duck bands have a redo fee for exchanges (depending on style) and a 50% fee for returns since they are customized to you and cannot be resold.
- Silicone Rings: Exchanges are welcome if box is undamaged and ring is unworn (only to try on at best); returns only if ring box is unopened and still sealed.
- After you submit the request through the portal, watch for an email from one of our reps for further instruction.
Common Returns Questions
How long does the process take?
Once we receive your return or exchange request, our team will reply within 1 business day with instructions. After your ring arrives back, it is usually processed within a couple of days - if you are exchanging a made to order ring, it will likely require the same amount of time to make as the one you are returning.
What if my ring was a gift?
No problem! You can still submit the request — just include the original purchaser’s name or order number if possible. We’ll take it from there and coordinate with you directly.
If you have trouble doing that in the returns portal, just email us directly and we'll help find the order details and process the exchange under your name.
Stipulation for Duck Bands or engraved rings.
Customized Rings (Duck Bands & Engraved Styles)
Duck bands and other personalized rings can be remade in a new size for a small redo fee — the exact amount depends on the style. Please contact us for details before sending anything back.
Because these items are engraved with your custom information, returns are only accepted with a 50% restocking fee, since they can’t be resold. In over 10 years of business, we’ve never had a return on a duck band — only an occasional size exchange — and most customers find our policy very fair.
For rings with inside engraving, the engraving fee is non-refundable. If you exchange for a new size, a new engraving fee may apply, even if it’s within 30 days.
We always try to be as flexible as possible, so if you’re unsure, reach out to us and we’ll help find the best solution.
What if the ring is defective?
If your ring arrived defective, you can contact us for a label and return instructions. Do not send to the address on the label as it may need to go to a different location for processing. If you have further questions about this please contact info@camoeverafter.com.
When will I get my refund?
For returns, refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. (About 3 days on average after it's received) We’ll notify you by email when it’s completed.
Order arrived incorrect
If you received the wrong item or a size or style different than what you ordered, we want to sincerely apologize, and you are not responsible for any costs. We will send you a prepaid label and work to remake your band correctly as quickly as possible.
