Ring Sizing Support

Not sure of your size?

Simply choose "Not Sure - Send Free Ring Sizer" when available and place your order. We'll send a ring sizer and hold production until your size is confirmed.

We also offer sizing guidance and printable resources to help you find the best fit before ordering.

Lifetime Warranty

Many of our rings are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your ring experiences a defect in workmanship or materials under normal use, contact us and we'll work with the manufacturer to repair or replace the ring according to their warranty policies.

Because warranty coverage varies slightly by manufacturer, we'll review each situation individually and guide you through the process.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return period on most new, unworn rings.

If you need a different size, we're happy to help with an exchange whenever possible.

Please Note

Some personalized, engraved, or custom-made rings may be subject to restocking fees or manufacturer exchange fees because they cannot be resold as new.

Duck Band rings and certain engraved black zirconium rings may be subject to additional exchange or restocking fees due to the customized nature of those products.

If an exchange or replacement is required because of a manufacturing error, no restocking fee will apply.
