We sell only new products - no refurbs, no open-box items, no used items - everything is BRAND NEW. In some cases our rings are made to order specially for you. The personal information and credit card information you provide us with is safe and secure, and we promise to protect your privacy. We never sell your information.
After the Sale
Average ship time is between 2-10 business days, depending on the ring and how long it takes to make that style - which is stated on the product description page, and we keep you updated on the status every step of the way. You can contact us during business hours with any questions you have. Our Return Policy provides assurance that we'll take care of you in the off chance that you have any problems with your purchase. Note after a made to order ring goes into production at the shop, the status won't change again until it ships. So don't be afraid if you see "in production" for a few days.
1 Year Full Warranty
Some of you may have your reservations on buying a metal you've never owned before, and wonder...will it rust? Well, our rings are made of the finest quality here in the USA, and we've never seen that happen, but for your piece of mind, and because we want to make sure you're 100% happy, we offer a 1 year warranty on rusting (though we're sure it won't happen!). Just call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll assess the situation and take care of the rest. While we don't cover regular wear (because that's normal and expected), you can always send it in for buffing/renewing and just pay shipping.
30 Day Return policy
If you are not happy for any reason, just return the ring to us within 30 days of your order, after which you may purchase another style if you like. Email us for return address. If you got the wrong size and just need to exchange, email us as soon as possible at email@example.com for any return or exchange request, include all details.
EXCEPTIONS - Customized Rings. On all Duck Band Rings AND black zirconium rings with engraving, there will be a $30-$60 restocking fee for a return or size exchange. ($30 for titanium duck band, $60 for black zirconium duck band or other black zirconium band with inside engraving). Since we cannot erase the customization on zirconium or resell a customized ring to someone else. Customer is responsible for return shipping back. If exchanging, the return shipping will be waived. There is no fee if the exchange is due to a manufacturing error.
