The product on this page (except home decor), will ship within 1-2 business days. Home decor items, like bed sheets or curtains, may take up to 7 days to ship. Unless expedited shipping is purchased at checkout, delivery will be around 3-5 business days from date of shipping.

If your product has been customized, used or visibly worn can not be returned, but if there is an error on our part, or item is visibly damaged upon arrival, we'll make it right. Just contact us asap.

For accessories (necklaces, dog tags, money clips etc,) we accept returns within 30 days as long as it is still new and unworn

Because it is expected this product will go through wear and tear, there is no warranty besides in the event it is damaged upon receipt, which we expect to be contacted right away. But in particular cases, it may still depend on specific circumstances, in which case you can contact us and we will address it on a case by case basis.
