Because of the customized natuer of duck bands, and that we cannot resell them, there is a small size exchange fee: $55 for titanium, $75 for cobalt and black zirconium.
Get sized before ordering or request a free ring sizer. Choose "Not Sure" under size and click "Send me a free ring sizer." We'll hold the order until you confirm your size.
Returns: A 50% restocking fee applies. Refund will be the purchase price minus 50%.

If any item is found to have been overly abused or excessively damaged, or previously repaired by another jeweler, it will void this warranty. But we will give you the option to purchase a brand new ring at a deep discount. For warranty repairs, we will pay for the shipping both ways. If sending us the ring for cleaning or refinishing, customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
