• EASY RETURNS - You can easily return your non customized ring for a full refund (Except shipping and engraving fee - if any) within 30 days if you are not satisfied, or simply change your mind. Please email info@camoeverafter.com for assistance.
• Defective Item? - If by chance your item is defective, you can ship it back to us for free repair. This is covered by our warranty. Warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not signs of normal wear.

THE IMPORTANT DETAILS

SHIPPING
For the moment we ship to the US and Canada. Other countries may be added in the future.

• US Orders - We offer free ground shipping with an expedited option for $25. If you pay for expedited shipping, that will only affect time in transit. The ring will still take the time needed to be produced. But we usually try to put ring orders that include expedited shipping on top of the list.
• International Orders - Shipping to outside of US can take a little longer. Most international customers are expected to pay customs fees or tarrifs to claim and receive your package. This is beyond our control and is simply a common international shipping procedure.

This ring is made to order so they will take time to produce. The estimated shipping time of each ring is shown on the first line of the product description.

RETURNS
You may return this ring within 30 days for a full refund minus the engraving fee, if you ordered engraving. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to us, unless reason for return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In that case we will pay for return shipping.

We will apply the refund as soon as the item is processed by our returns team. When you will see the refund back in your account depends on your bank.

If you wish to return, please contact info@camoeverafter.com within 30 days of purchase for return form and instructions. Do not attempt to send it back to the address on the label as our returns department is separate.

SIZE EXCHANGES (except Duck Bands)
You may exchange this ring for sa different size within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to us. Contact us for instruction.

For size exchages after 30 days contact us. Depending on ring style, customization or metal type, it may have a small fee (about $29) or no more than 30% of purchase price. Shipping of new ring and re-engraving is included in that fee.
A second size exchange within the 30 days WILL incur the 30% exchange fee. Please don't guess.

If you need to return or exchange an item, go to Returns OR you can simply email us at info@camoeverafter.com with a detailed explanation including order number OR name, and we will respond right away.

This ring has a lifetime guarantee - because we want to give you one less thing to worry about. So if your ring has any structural damage for as long as you own it, we will repair or replace it for free. Our commitment to you lasts for as long as you own this ring.

Details:

• Full warranty on manufacturing defects for as long as you own the ring. This does not cover regular wear and tear or damage caused by neglect, but we will still service and repair for a fee (depending on extent of damage)
• If you do eventually have scuffs from regular wear, we will service and renew your ring for free, you just pay for shipping both ways. In either case, call or email us at info@camoeverafter.com and we will provide you with the proper information.

What's Excluded?
We inspect all rings that are returned for repairs. If any item is found to have been overly abused or excessively damaged, or previously repaired by another jeweler, it will void this warranty. But we will give you the option to purchase a brand new ring at a deep discount or repairs will be done for a cost.

Size Exchanges:
Free for first 30 days under our easy returns policy. After that, read on.

• This ring has a charge for any size exchange needed within the first 6 months. That will be 15% of the cost of the ring plus any inside engraving that would need to be re-engraved. Since we understand in time you may need another size, due to weight fluctuations or other, after 6 months, the fee is waived, but will need to pay for shipping both ways, plus any inside engraving.
• If a free size exchange is performed any time in the future, the clock resets to 6 months until free resizing starts again.
